We mill and pack in small batches, so your order leaves our Nelamangala unit fresh rather than off a warehouse shelf. Here is exactly what to expect after you place it.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on orders delivered within Bengaluru. If your delivery address is outside Bengaluru, the COD option will not appear at checkout and the order will need to be prepaid. We are working on extending COD to more cities.
All prepaid methods — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — work across India with no restriction.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- We do not process, ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- During festival periods, promotions or unforeseen disruptions, processing may take slightly longer. If your order is affected, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

These are estimates counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Add the 1–3 day processing window to get your full timeline. Weather, courier delays and government restrictions can push these out, and we do not control any of them.

The exact charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards. Individual products or promotions may carry their own free-shipping offers, and those will be stated on the product page.
Where we deliver
We ship across India. A small number of pincodes are not serviceable by our courier partners; if yours is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Tracking your order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email or message with tracking details where the courier provides them. If you have not heard from us within three business days of ordering, write to us — something has gone wrong and we want to know.
Delivery attempts & addresses
- Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning a parcel.
- If delivery fails because of an incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or nobody available to receive, re-delivery may attract an additional charge.
- Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Most delivery failures we see are a wrong digit in a pincode or phone number.

Delays outside our control
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes, transport disruption or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is stuck, contact us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
