Anything where the flake must hold: roasted or fried chivda, hearty tempered poha with real texture, and dishes that would turn medium poha to mush. For soft breakfast poha, choose our medium flakes instead.

How do I make crisp chivda with it?
Dry-roast the flakes on low heat until crisp (or flash-fry), then toss with your tempered peanuts, curry leaves and spices. Store airtight — it stays crunchy for weeks.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Freshly stone-ground — best used within 3 months while the flavour is at its brightest.
