Krish Royal Organics (“KRO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Bengaluru-rooted organic food company that sources, processes and sells India’s heritage grains, rices, millets, pulses, flours, spices, seeds, sweeteners, salt and ghee. Product images on the website are for illustration. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but actual products may vary slightly.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit quantities, for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount in full.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

We currently ship across India. Order processing, delivery timelines, charges and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

As we sell perishable food items, our returns are handled with care and within specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds.

Once your order is delivered, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility. Please store products in a cool, dry, airtight place away from moisture and sunlight, and consume within the recommended best-before period stated on the pack. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krish Royal Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
